Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes ready-to-wear, pre-order, made-to-order, and custom pieces.

We encourage all clients to review our Sizing Chart carefully and reach out with any questions prior to completing their purchase, as we are unable to make adjustments once an order has been confirmed.

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with detailed images. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
