- Kindly contact Justin Yap Atelier to initiate the return by popping us an email here indicating your reasons for returning your purchase(s). Click here to drop us an email.
- Sale items and bespoke pieces are non-refundable.
- We provide a 7-calendar day window (includes Saturdays and Sundays) for returns from the date of your order reaches your delivery address. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached and packaging included.
- Exchanges are accepted, and are subject to stock availability. Item(s) to be exchanged must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached and packaging included.
- All returns and exchanges will be carefully inspected by our team. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to void your exchange. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
- The products are your responsibility until it reaches us, so please pack them safely and opt for a tracking number. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
- We aim to process all returns within 2 days, and refunds will take between 5-10 working days depending on your bank/card provider.
