Should you require a special request or custom adjustment, we will accommodate pre-order inquiries whenever possible. Please note that bespoke or customized modifications may incur additional charges.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pre-order pieces, all such sales are considered final. Pre-order and custom items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Production Timeline
Our pre-order designs are produced with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 14-30 Days for production prior to shipment. We appreciate your patience as we create your piece to the highest standard.

For our international clientele, please note that all applicable taxes, customs fees, and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in the purchase price.
