By placing an order with on Justin Yap Atelier's website, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Variance in dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which Justin Yap Atelier will not be responsible for. Please check that all details that you provide to us are true and accurate when placing an order on Justin Yap Atelier, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card (used in placing your order) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products you purchase from Justin Yap Atelier. 

DISCOUNT CODES

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw discount codes at any time and for any reason without prior notice to you.

COLOUR ACCURACY

We have made every effort to make the on-screen colours and respective descriptions of our products as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match of the on screen colour to the colours of the actual products. Colours on screen may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.
